State Test Repair Information

Are you located in Maine or Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Rhode Island? We are fully qualified to work with you and with applicable state and local regulations. We know each state has its own set of rules and regulations. At Stanley Elevator we are intimate with the ins and outs of each area in which we work and can provide quality work that meets all of those regulations.

Massachusetts allows ninety days to perform all necessary state mandated repairs. We will track all violations and perform repairs in a timely manner to eliminate the risk of elevators being placarded.

Rhode Island allows thirty days to correct any violations. We will correct the shortcomings and file paperwork in a timely manner so the state can issue elevator certificates.

In New Hampshire only fifteen days are granted for violation abatement. Stanley Elevator is equipped and ready to correct all test failures. We are licensed to sign off on all abatements, and inform the State that the elevator in question is ready to be recertified.

Elevator inspections can be performed up to two months in advance. This allows all violations to be repaired and abated before the actual anniversary date. This, in turn, allows certificates to be issued and posted on time.
