Pre-Maintenance

Should you opt for a Stanley Elevator maintenance contract, we’ll do everything we can to set you off on the right foot. Our mission is to have a happy customer with safe elevator equipment. We’ll partner with you to create a reliable environment where elevator dependability is a certainty.

If required, our approach is to evaluate each new elevator to come under our maintenance umbrella, and provide a pre-maintenance program which will bring your elevator to a standard, which will offer dependable and reliable trouble free service.

Pre-maintenance duties include cleaning, door adjusting and roller replacement, bulb replacement, lubrication, brake and generator rebuilding or whatever it takes to enhance your elevator’s performance. We will address any outstanding state test repairs, and if required we will apply for and perform any overdue tests.

Our goal is to deliver an elevator which is code compliant, fully operational and in first class maintainable condition.
