relationships with our vendors to obtain all necessary materials in the fastest possible manner. Our track record will show that we are experienced

In the past, Stanley Elevator Company has partnered with building owners, condominium associations, general contractors and insurance companies
to achieve the impossible. We have torn out and fully replaced complete elevator systems in a single weekend. We have done “whatever is takes”
to get the elderly back into their housing, workers back to work, hospitals up and running and production lines restored.

State Elevator Testing
Are you located Maine or
Massachusetts,
New Hampshire or
Rhode Island? We are fully qualified to work with you
and with applicable state and local regulations. We know each state has its own set of rules and regulations. At Stanley Elevator we are intimate with
the ins and outs of each area in which we work and can provide quality work that meets all of those regulations.
Massachusetts allows ninety days to perform all necessary state mandated repairs. We will track all violations and perform repairs in a timely
manner to eliminate the risk of elevators being placarded.
Rhode Island allows thirty days to correct any violations. We will correct the shortcomings and file paperwork in a timely manner so the state
can issue elevator certificates.
In New Hampshire only fifteen days are granted for violation abatement. Stanley Elevator is equipped and ready to correct all test failures.
We are licensed to sign off on all abatements, and inform the State that the elevator in question is ready to be recertified.
Maine. The way life should be...
Elevator inspections can be performed up to two months in advance. This allows all violations to be repaired and abated before the actual anniversary
date. This, in turn, allows certificates to be issued and posted on time
Pre-Maintenance
Should you opt for a Stanley Elevator maintenance contract, we’ll do everything we can to set you off on the right foot. Our mission
is to have a happy customer with safe elevator equipment. We’ll partner with you to create a reliable environment where elevator dependability
is a certainty.
If required, our approach is to evaluate each new elevator to come under our maintenance umbrella, and provide a pre-maintenance program which
will bring your elevator to a standard, which will offer dependable and reliable trouble free service.
Pre-maintenance duties include cleaning, door adjusting and roller replacement, bulb replacement, lubrication, brake and generator rebuilding
or whatever it takes to enhance your elevator’s performance. We will address any outstanding state test repairs, and if required we will apply for
and perform any overdue tests.
Our goal is to deliver an elevator which is code compliant, fully operational and in first class maintainable condition.
Parts Inventory
Stanley Elevator Company has one of the largest elevator parts inventories in New England. We pride ourselves on having parts needed for
emergency repairs available and in stock. Access to a large local parts inventory will prevent extended shut down time.
Security Systems
The world we live in today provides many challenges. Amid the turmoil of everyday, life safety and security are ever increasing concerns.
Most elevator systems can be adapted to be safe and secure. You should never wonder if your elevator is secure. Our Stanley Elevator team can
ensure that your elevator is safe. We can partner with your security vendor to meet your security needs while ensuring that your elevator meets
safety standards.
Depending on your needs we can secure entire elevator systems to allow access only to select floors. Secure access is obtainable with card
swipe technology, key pad devices, or keyed lock. We can work with your security vendor to integrate elevator systems with your building security
configuration.
In hospital situations, maternity wards and nursing home facilities Stanley Elevator can enter into joint ventures with security installation
vendors to provide security solutions. In financial institutions we can restrict elevator access to vaults, safe deposit boxes and all secure areas.
Should you require security cameras or security communication, we can install the compatible wiring and devices in conjunction with your security
company. Closed circuit television and hidden camera technology are part of our installation services.
