plus years employed with Stanley Elevator.

and new technology as it arrives on the market.
- Personal Service: Our technicians receive long term route assignments so they are very familiar with the equipment on their route
and personally know their customers.
- Strategically Located: We assign our technicians to routes that are strategically located close to where they live so that we can
provide the fastest possible emergency response times.
- Low Customers/Units per Technician Ratio: Unlike the rest of our industry, we have resisted increasing the ratio of customers/units
per mechanic. Our routes are very small by industry standards which affords your technician plenty of time to perform elevator maintenance
as required. We also overlap routes to provide better service and response coverage.
- Mobile Parts Inventory: We equip our technicians with state of the art vans stocked with a large parts inventory. The mobile parts
inventory limits the need to wait for parts once a problem is diagnosed and significantly decreases the amount of time your elevator is shut
down for repairs.
- Uninterrupted Service: We coordinate service coverage through our Customer Care Center 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Extra Man Power: We utilize floating technicians, without an assigned route, to provide extra coverage on busy routes and
proper coverage for technicians on vacation.
- Expert Support: We have talented service adjusters to assist the regular route mechanics with troublesome service calls. We also
have the support of TKE International Technical Services (ITS) department.(INSERT LINK HERE) This support affords us expert knowledge to
tackle problems on most any make or vintage of equipment serviced.
- Repair Crew Backup: When your elevator has an issue that requires more than routine service, we have repair crews on standby to
correct the issue and decrease shutdown time. Our repair crews are highly trained, experienced with all types of elevator equipment and
mobile to meet your needs quickly and cost efficiently.

Our Customer Care Center utilizes the latest in technological advances to provide the highest possible level of service to our Customers.
Our Customer Care Professionals and Account Representatives have experience in the elevator industry and are trained to coordinate the best
and most cost efficient solutions for your elevator systems.
